Not to be confused with the American literary zine of the same name, this British cyberzine has the same restless intensity and adventurous spirit of early punk bands (along with some of the same sloppiness in execution). And like punk, there's a marked difference between the U.K. and U.S. editions of the same ideas. Black Ice has the design intensity of a Mondo 2000, but a more familiar and less gosh-wow feel for the tech they're touting.
Topics in their first issue range from homebrew VR to media agitprop to Japanese junk food.
