Light &#8217;em if you got &#8217;em. <\/p>\n<p> To call attention to the inefficiencies of incandescent lighting, BC Hydro sponsored <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frederiksamuel.com\/blog\/2006\/12\/bc-hyrdro.html\" target=\"new\">this holiday billboard<\/a> in Vancouver utilizing 1500 LED bulbs powered by around-the-clock, human peddle-power.
